What Causes Plugged Ears With Drainage?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...My ear has been plugged for awhile but has gotten worse in the last 2 weeks, the last 3 nights there has been drainage, it is clear but my ear is pretty plugged now and is effecting my hearing. I have an appt. Monday, 4 days from now, is it okay to wait or should I call and get in sooner?
