What Causes Presence Of Pus Cells And Gram Positive Cocci In An Infant?

i have a 6month boy & 9.7kg now. 15days back he used to urinate with whitish fluid for more than a day. consulted a paediatrician. he advised to take urine routine and culture test. result showed, pale yellow, cloudy, PH 6.5, sugar nil, Protein : 2+, full of puss cells, SPG 1.02, colony count : 50,000 MFU/ml gram positive oval shaped cocci seen & organism grown : entrococcus faecalis UTI cured with amoxclave 228mg for 10days. no fever, no pain, no vomiting symptoms till date but he used to place his hands on the penis from the beginning. he takes normally mother feed and cerelac wheat regularly. after ultro sound KUB, the result was, mild to moderate ureter of left kidney especially lower ureter ( mega ureter ) now pls ans my questions what are all the treatements avail? what should i do further? is kindney functioning normal? xpecting ur reply kathiravan chennai
