Sweating, with the symptoms like fatigue, difficulty in breathing, discomfort, weakness, would be really a matter of concern and it demands immediate medical attention. But its absence if this it is nothing to worry, then sweating can be physiological. If you do not have any medical history like diabetes, hypertension, so it is nothing to worry about sweating, it can be due to climate, diet, worry, some functional factor may be the cause like anxiety and depression.
