Hello, I am a 22 year old female, that is 5'3 and I weigh 260 lbs. In the past month I have lost 20 lbs. Before my weight lost I had not had my period for about 2-3 months, but as soon as I started eating right , exercising and drinking more water it has come back. I have been on my period now for 3 weeks. Not once has it been heavy, its actually been very light; nor have I had any cramping or anything, I just wondering is this normal and will it stop anytime soon.
