Hello doctor ,
  I need some advice for my uncle  ,he is suffering from a disease which has yet not been diagnosed properly ,he is suffering from that disease from past 4 year within this period his suffering has aggravated only and being in defence he was physically fit past but  with passage of time he has become very weak. He is 46 year old. Earlier ie. 4 yr  back disease started with occurrence of puffy spots on his body especially face which used to subside after 2-3 days then again use to occur after sometime, meanwhile joint pain also started occurring. We thought it as allergy and started its treatment in ayurveda .After 1 year when we found no result then we shifted to homeopathy, again no result came. Now he is undergoing allopathic treatment but no positive result has yet came ,disease has not been diagnosed properly and his heath is detioriating.Doctors are giving steroidal medicines control the disease
Family medical history
Allergy is genetical in our family and
His father has suffered from cancer in lymphatic gland at neck that was due to hozkins virus,but that  got treated properly.
TEST UNDERGONE
He has already undergone SLE test,biopsy,and test for rheumatoid arthritis.
Symptoms
-Earlier skin  colour slightly puffy spots used to occur on body  specially on face ,hand etc,but nowadays colour of  spots have started turning black
-Joint pain occurs, body ache mostly use to remain 
-There is thinning of skin and he is losing weight
-All the glow of face has been lost 
-He is developing complex and negativity.
-He gets exhausted soon  and without ac he remains uncomfortable and his spots aggravates
