What Causes Pulsating Headaches With Blurring Of Vision?

my 8 y daughter has pulsate headaches frequently, lately sometimes it is accompanied with vision blurring , her MRI showed :normal MRI of the brain, and also showed : right maxillary sinusitis and enlarged adenoid gland showing small cystic lesion likely Thorn waldt cyst, what is the cause of the headache? what should I do?
