Hi,

Sudden hypotension or exposure to cold may lead to teeth chattering. Some patients it is may be habit of grinding of teeth. Emotional stress or neurological disorder may can cause this problem. Bruises may be due to allergy or thrombocytopenia or clotting factors deficiency or trauma, etc.

Please consult your physician get examined for viral fever that may lead to thrombocytopenia or rash with hypotension. Drink plenty of fluids, avoid cool drinks and freeze water.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
