Hello,

Your all symptoms are suggestive of GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease). GERD is due to laxity of the gastroesophageal sphincter. Because of it, the acid of the stomach tends to come up in the esophagus and cause barret 's esophagus, central burning chest pain, burping, belching, gaseous bloating etcetera. So follow these steps for better symptomatic relief in GERD.
1. Avoid hot and spicy food. Avoid junk food. Avoid large meals, instead, take frequent small meals.
2. Take pantoprazole and levosulpiride combination on empty stomach twice daily.
3. Keep two to three pillows under head in bed to prevent reflux.
4. Go for walking after meals.
5. Quit smoking and alcohol if you have these habits. Lose weight if you are obese.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Kaushal Bhavsar
