Hi, my son who is 14 years have been having brown spots on his back, around his neck and his chest for a while now. They used to be to a minimum, but now there are a lot with different sizes. when he sweats, they turn red, they are not itchy but they look like raised patches to a very minimum hight.

Please let me know what is it for I tried so many things, but I will see a dermatologist very soon.
