What Causes Rashes On Arms And Legs Of A Child?

Hi, my 2 year old toddler has had a rash only on her arms and thighs, very small raised and not too red. This morning she woke up wit red bumps on the soles of her feet and palms of her hands, they do seem to be a bit itchy. Other than that there is no other symptoms, she is fine. These look like 2 different rashes, not sure what the rash on her arms and legs are but we ve switched soaps and detergent, not sure what other allergies it might be.
