What Causes Recurring Sore Bump With Discharge?

considering i don't have health coverage plz understand why i have chosen not to go to see anyone on this, i have had a bump on my toe for quite awhile now, it gets sore and then drains a clear sticky substance, then it will be fine for a few days and then all of a sudden it will be sore to touch and when i do apply any pressure at all it drains again, leaving it with no pain till the cycle starts again, i have soaked it, put antibiotic ointments and black salve on it and it just will not go away, at one time it seemed almost gone and then it started the cycle again
