hi doctor i have a red rash inside my foreskin,it happen after i removed sort of a white dead skin,before that i had a small rash on my penni.now its gone and my other problem is my foreskin is very tight and i cant pull it back,it happens in last few years step by step.feel shy to go to a doctor,please help me
