What Causes Red Spot On Knee?

have red spot on the Left side of my knee towards the inside of my leg. I notice it about a couple of months ago. the size of it was half of dime and today I notice its bigger the size of a quarter, it does not hurt it looks like a strawberry redish. should I concern my self ?
