Hi,

Increased blood flow is one of the reasons for this, which occurs rapidly after exercise. In order to manage it, you can start taking mini breaks after every 10 minutes of exercise. This would help you gain control of this, also always keep water with you when exercising to help you cool down.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
