What Causes Ribcage Pain With Nasal Bleeding And Redness, Cramping?

Hi. I have had a pain that barely started to go away, it is located right underneath my upper rib cage on my right side. Also, when I blow my nose, it is almost always red, or therefore bloody. Had the world' worst menstrual cramps last month, when normally I hardly ever have any. Been under major stress at home these last 2 months, crazy adjustments, new relationship but a very serious one. Don't know what's going on with my health.
