What Causes Seizures,blurring Of Vision And Flaccid Paralysis?

i got a ct scan of an immunosuppressed patient on HAART and septrin with flaccid paralysis in the right lower & upper limbs, headache, blurring of vision, tongue curved to the right, flaccid partial paralysis of right side of the face and increased muscle tone in left upper & lower limbs. had h/o seizures, blurring of vision, unconsiousness. he could feed but very slowly. brain ct scan had a hyperdense lesion in the left hemisphere around the parietal, temporal & frontal areas; right hemisphere was smaller with prominent sulci. Toxoplasma antibody titres were high for IGG but normal for IGM, What r your possible differentials?
