What Causes Sensitive Clitoris With UTI Symptoms?

Hello, i had UTI like symptoms, but it wasn't a UTI, my GYN checked for an STD and those were negative, but the skin around my clitoris has been sensitive for a week. It is not painful or itchy, it just feels aroused. It has improved, but it is still irritating. The UTI symptoms have also subsided. Any suggestions?
