What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain?

I have had severe abdominal pain since 10/13/2010 which resolved but the pain has not. I just got rescoped Wed and they found nothing this time (when I had the GI bleed there found non specific colitis). My pain starts out the day in RUQ/LUQ and LLQ in the AAM about 2/10. INtermittently by the time O get home from work I am in severe pain. They are doing ultrasound studies next week to see if that shows anything (like GB) but I am at a loss for what to do for the pain. I can't take NSAID due to the recent GI Bleed and Tylenol does nothing. What kind of doctor can heko me manage the pain until we Get a Dx and treatment plan? I need something that won't make me high at work. To give you an idea the only CIII drug that even helps is Norco 10/325 two tabs Q 4hours. IBeing a nurse myself I don't dare go to an ED because I know that they'll just think I ma seeking. It sucks because my pain is becoming debilitating.
