General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The dizziness is due to central nervous system dumping effects of Norco as an opioid analgesic. Maintain hydration with plenty of liquids and stop further dose intake of the Acetone pills for the next 48 hours to get rid of the dizziness.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel,
