What Causes Severe Facial Flushing?

I have severe facial flushing when I lie down. Medications I am taking are Cymbalta, attenolol, trazadone, adderal, clonazapam. When I am up, activity or not the flushing goes away. Any possible diagnosis. This is more than issue of discomfort. The integrity of my skin is changing. I am 48 yo. It feels like a woman's hot flashes....
