What Causes Severe Headache And Dizziness?

I have been having the below symptoms with no relief, despite multiple medications, multiple trips to the dr, and a 3 day stay in the hospital. All tests come up negative, is there anything else that you can think of. Thanks

Severe headache that has not responded to any medications from asprin all the way through to IV morphine

Dizziness

Weakness in my legs

Numbness in my legs and hands

Chest pains/Rapid Heart beating

Confusion/difficulty concentrating
