What Causes Severe Headache And Nausea?
I was seen in the emergency room on today not understanding what it means by the doctor saw some abnormalities in my car scan. Presented with a real bad headache and nausea. He states I need to see a neurologist. I do have vertigo but, that s not the feeling I m having

There are many medical conditions that may present with severe headache.If your Doctor said you need to see a Neurologist, it implies your headache is surely caused by a neurologic disorder.
I will advise you just see the Neurologist as said by your Doctor with your scan result.
