What Causes Severe Loss Of Hair?

Hi im deepthi from bangalore. Before 3 yrs i had long hair but after i cut my hair im facing a lot of hairloss and i tried many shampoos and soaps but could not reduce the hairloss my hair has become thin and there is breakage of hair too pleae suggest
