I have smoked weed for 6 years and have never had this problem. I get sharp pains in my left side by my lower rib. I have also noticed that I have some sort of swelling. the pain radiates and goes from mild to severe, to where I am constantly grabbing my left side to try and help the pain. Is this something serious? I am 25, i am fit and do not smoke cigarettes at all, nor do I hardly drink liquor.
