What Causes Shooting Pains, Burning Sensation And Mood Swings?

Hi, I am 16 years old and have recently seen a neurologist and he diagnosed me with neuralga, i was getting episodes of sharp shooting pain 2-3 times per week. Since then my symptoms have got much worse i have been getting the sharp shooting pains and burning sensations aswell now up to 30 times a day, and my mum has noticed me muddleing up some of my sentences/words, sometimes the episodes cause my head to twich aswell. I have also recently had a change in my behaviour, i seem to be very calm one hour then suddenly angry and personality changes. Occasionally (once per day) the episode will cause me to feel sick. Please could you help, it is affecting my everyday life.
