What Causes Skin Colored Flesh Hanging Outside The Vagina After Delivery?

I had a baby 18 months ago, and only had stage 1 stitches. But, today I looked down there and it looks like there is this skinny little shiny skin colored piece of flesh hanging out of my hole, and it is on the bottom, and there is a little one that is smaller on the top. I don t think I had this before I had my daughter, do you think this is something I should be worried about?
