What Causes Skin Dermatitis Like Appearance In Penis?

Good day! I'm Rodel,18 years old, a student nurse. Last December I had U.T.I., and taken an antibiotic, Cefuroxime for 7 days. After that i noticed, a skin dermatitis-look a like appeared on my glans penis over the right side of my external orifice. Estimatedly, it is almost 1 cm in length. i don't feel any pain or itchiness in concern with my condition. my only concern is i don't feel comfortable with it and the anxiety it brings to me. i had this problem for 3 months now. after all, i am not sexually active and had my first sex experienced a year ago. What are the alternative ways to do to my health problem?
