What Causes Slurred Speech And Crossing Of Eyes In A Patient On Pacemaker?

my mother has two valves that leak, one is the mitral valve. She will get

extrememly tired, cannot not hardly function, her eyes will cross, she will

talk rather slowly, accually not a slur though, her right shoulder will get

extremly sore, her feet will feel like she has lead in them and she is

short of breath....These symptoms will last as long as 3 weeks, she

will see her specialist. He checks her blood pressure, 132/67...feels

her pulse, seems steady, she does have a pacemaker and does

a routine check on her motor skills....she can feel this way for around

3 weeks it will gradully get worse...Then she will start to feel better

Could she be having a stoke and heart attack at that time.
