What Causes Small Itchy Bumps On The Spine?

I did something similar to a summer salt after I got up and was spinning really hard and hit my spine on on the back of my neck close to my bbackbit left a bump on my neck. when I bring my head down the bump pops out about an inch on my back. It has never stuck out no where near this much. I have hit it a couple times and has never swelled up this much before. Should I be worried?

It could be a hematoma. If the lump persists, it is better to go for an MRI scan to make a diagnosis.
