What Causes Small Noticeable Bumps Around Penis?

I have not had a sexual partner in almost six months, and when I was sexually active I used protection every single time. That partner only had one partner before me and that was also months prior. I also have not received oral sex in about 8-10 months.Despite this, I seem to have small but noticeable bumps growing on and around my penis. There are only about seven of them, and they are not accompanied with any of the typical STD/STI symptoms (redness, itching, pain, irregular discharge, blood in urine, etc). In fact, they aren't really that large, but they are there.

What could this possibly be?
