What Causes Sore Back And Tingling Feeling In The Groin,thigh And Scrotum Area?

Basically I have a tingling feeling in my groin/thigh/scrotum area. I just saw a walk-in clinic today and the doctor said that it wasn't an STI/STD, I didn't get a test though. I have had a girlfriend for the past 2 months, I haven't done anything with anybody that I know is unclean, and all I have done is have sex with one person and oral with 3 including this one. My back also feels sore/tender, this could cause it but I'm not sure.
