What Causes Sore Breasts And Sickness While On Patch Contraception?

hiya,



just a query- i recently came off the implant on the 28th of may as it was causing me a constant period and getting me down.



I am now on the patch contraception since and havent yet had a break- however in the last 2/3 weeks i have had really sore boobs, theyve got bigger, diarreah, feeling sick everynow and again so naturally i thought i was pregnant- i took a pregnancy test last week and it came back negative. should i do another one? what else could it be?
