I lay there for about an hour trying to move but couldn t finally I was able to start to get some motion back and I slowly got into bed. After that I tried to talk again and after awhile I was able to so. I then fell asleep and woke up three hours later with a splitting headache but I was able to walk and talk again. Thank you for your question on HCM! I understand your concern.
Your symptoms seem to be related to anxiety or psychological stress. It may be a conversion disorder.
There is no neurological disorder that causes a similar clinical scenario. A transient ischemic attack would have other symptoms like numbness of the limbs, face etc, etc. An epilepsy seizure would last for less and you would not so clearly remember the episode.
So I recommend you to consult with a psychiatrist.
Hope to have been of help!
