What Causes Spots And Pain In Leg?

When I was younger, a todler still in diapers (1990-1991) I have a disease but I can't remember what it was called. I have spot all over my legs that looked like bruises and my legs were in a lot of pain. Once the spots were gone I would still get pain in my legs occasionally, but I was wondering if you had any clue what it might of been that I had.
