What Causes Spotting Instead Of A Period Despite Taking The I-pill?

i had sex on the fifth and sixth day of my period first one unsafe,second with safety,had ipill the first day within an hour,got unusual period after ten day of the normal starting period.this month during my period time i am having brown spotting from past five days,i am not able to understand what to do now,please answer i need help..
