What Causes Stomach Cramps And Vaginal Spotting After IUD Insertion?

I'm 30 years old. I had the Merina IUD 1.5 year 2 weeks ago i started spotting, dull cramps, back cramps at night. I cheched IUD yesterday and it not in it fell in to my hand the second i touched the string. I'm still crampy, and spotting a little haviear. last night my hole left side of my body went numb/ lower body heavyness. When I woke up I couldnt move and when i could It felt awkward and heavy. My ob cant see me till monday. could ther be something seriously wrong?
