What Causes Stomach Upset And Diarrhea After Taking Excedrin Pills?

I took 4 Excedrin Migraine pills. 2 in the morning and then 2 more later in the day, looked at the dosage and it says only take 2 in 24 hours. I now have an incredibly upset stomach with diarrhea and I m afraid I overdosed. Info: Each tablet contains 250 MG Acetaminophen, 250 MG Aspirin and 65 MG Caffiene. I weigh 230 LB and I m female.

Dear exeridin may cause gastric irritation and stomach pain. Take tab. Nexium before breakfast and syrp sucral 15-30ml thrice a day. Avoid spicy oily food and alcohol. If you are symptoms not improved consult your doctor immediately.
