What Causes Subcutaneous Itchy Spots On The Upper Part Of The Body?

4 days ago i noticed that my face(other than my forehead) was covered in spots that appear to be under my skin. However, the spots themselves seem to have a white appearance but my face is flushed around my jawline. The spots have since spread to my earlobes, behind my ears, the top half of my neck and the back of my neck. There is also a few on my chest and on my left forearm. The ones on my jawline on the lefthand side are occasionally itchy. My face looks scaly. If this helps, I am 16 years old, I have red hair, fair skin, blue eyes and freckles. I am 5ft 3" and i weigh around 9stone. Please help as it's spreading. Thank you.
