What Causes Sudden Swelling Of The Feet And Ankles?
Today out of nowhere my feet and ankles were swollen. The only thing I can think of that I ve done different is donate plasma. If that is the cause of the swelling what can do to get the swelling down? Also what else might be the cause of the sudden swelling?

it can be thrombophlebitis or injury or varicose vein requeres to be examined by surgeon. clarify about any medication or related problem like hypertensive nephrotic syndrome or diabetes. use crepe bandage and raise your leg at bed time.
