Not sure if I fainted or had some form of a Seizure as I understand there are several types of Seizures. If anyone could give me their opinion, that would be greatly appreciated.
I was laying down on couch watching tv. I was doing nothing abnormal or different throughout the day. I got up from couch walked in the kitchen and collapsed on floor face first, with a slight cut above my eyebrow with my right cheek pressed against floor.
I was unconscious for approx 1 minute. I don't remember anything but I was told this by a family member who observed the entire episode.
Upon being woken up by family member, I was responsive, but at the same time out of it. I couldn't get up to walk, I had to crawl. My eyes were open, droopy and trying to close through out the episode. After approx 15 minutes had passed by a family member tried to get me to sit up on couch, I could not stand up I had to crawl to couch and then climbed up very slowly. My speech was slow. When I was sitting up on couch nodding from side to side. When asked if I knew I was doing this I responded no. I was responsive as I said, but out of it at the same time. I couldn't squeeze the person hand very hard. The uncontrollable nodding of the head and the above symptoms went on for a very long 2.5 - 3 hours straight. I woke up after that in the hospital bed not knowing where I was or any recollection of what happed for the last 3 hours.
Blood work and Drug tests were fine, nothing showed abnormal on the CT scan, and ECG was fine as well.
I am in my early 30’s and I do have high blood pressure. I didn't eat or drink anything different and I'm not on any medication.
Your detailed thoughts on what this might of been would be appreciated.
Thank You
