What Causes Swallowing Discomfort And Chronic Diarrhea?
My husband saw his gastroenterologist about swallowing discomfort and chronic diarrhea. The doctor prescribed Questran for the diarrhea, and scheduled an upper endoscopy for the swallowing discomfort. The doctor said that it could be possible that at some point in the future he would not be able to swallow even his saliva. It sounds very scary. Can you please provide me with any information about what might be going on? Thank you very much.
