hi doctor, i have a niece nearly 2 years old. she suddenly had swelling around the right side of the neck and the back part. her temperature has risen but otherwise she is ok. the swelling is so sudden in over a 6 hr period. she s been given an antibiotic shot by a gp. she said to review tomorrow. she s on panadol to control the fever. the swelling hasnt gone down and i m getting worried. please help.
