What Causes Swelling In The Veins?
My doctor prescribed HDCL originally in conjunction with Losartan. He stopped these meds last year. However, I seem to be retaining excess fluid.My blood pressure is fine and I went to my doctor and he blamed the perceived swelling as poor veins. Should the HDCL be reactivated for swelling issues? I was given a kidney and liver blood tests which were normal. Thank you

They can be. Going on a very low salt diet often works too. There are surgical options or just wrapping the legs but generally, that is more trouble than it is worse.
