What Causes Swelling Under The Armpit?

Hi, I noticed a few weeks ago I had swelling under my armpits - the right one is larger than the left it is like there is fluid under the skin and it is not painful at all. Thought it was caused because of the fact I have put on a little weight recently - but today while showering noticed it again so thought i shoudl check....

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have enlarged axillary lymphnode. It can be due to reactive hyperplasia, tuberculosis, lymphoma or metastatic carcinoma. Or you may have some benign cyst or abscess. You should go for fine needle aspiration cytology or biopsy of that lump. It will give you exact diagnosis. Then you should take treatment accordingly.
