What Causes Swollen Mouth, Scratchy Throat And Sinus Congestion/pressure?

I have a mildly sore, scratchy throat, sinus congestion, sinus pressure. I've had it for about 3 days now, and it is even affecting my voice now.I have been gargling with salt water morning and night, drinking more juice and liquids and still it seems to be getting worse. The top of my mouth is even swollen. Should I see a doctor or is this just a spring cold that will eventually pass?
