What Causes Symptoms Of Hot Flashes And Nausea After Removal Of Adrenal Glands?

Wife just had her adrenal gland and a benign adenoma removed due to endocrine syptomatology of a pheochromacytoma , post surgical the same symptoms remain of episodic increases of pulse rate to 114 and above, blood pressure jumping to 200/105, and hot flashes or flushes 3-4 an hour, with nausea, all tempered with the use of a calcium blocker to control the cardiac extremes. Do you have any idea what is still causing these symptoms???
