i am 48 years old and had mid back issues from when i was 18 years old. I was very athletic growing up and was diagnosed at 20 with a compression fracture to t-11 -- t-12. No sure how it happened and have been working around this issue since. I work out 5 times a week (not to my full potential) because my back most days is either still, have twinges, etc. I have been to PT's, spinal surgeons and all i get is to stretch. An i have been stretching, doing stomach crunches, etc. for 20 plus years but just can't seem to get rid of it. I am tired of working around the issue and just want some relief and feel more normal as others who are out of shape and do things with there back that i only wish i could do.
