What Causes Tingling Sensations In My Feet, Hands And Top Of My Head?

h./.,ya im 24 years old and have high blood pressure, i keep getting tingling sensations in my feet, hands and top of my head also my hand and feet go ice cold and a shade of grey, could this be something to do with my blood pressure, i am currently on ramipril 1.25mg. thanks
