What Causes Tiredness, Hunger, Nausea And Cramps?

I always have regular 28 day cycles, and this month I should have started on the 10th, but now I am a week late with two negative home pregnancy tests. Is it possible that I am still pregnant? I have been tired more easily, hungry more often, nauseated without actually throwing up and having mild cramps. I'm so confused by my results..
