What Causes Twitching Of Eye, Headache And Shaking Of Hands?

For The Past Few Days I have notice my one eye will twitch throughout the day and night, well then this morning i woke up and had a horrible headache on the same side of my head, and now my hands are shaking. The Shaking comes and goes, and so does the twitching of the eye, but the headach has been here all day.
